Unhappy with your Kid Condo purchase? No worries! You have a 7 day window to return your item. The return policy allows returns 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, same goes with exchanges.

For your requested refund to be successful, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means the item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. When returning please show proof of purchase.

To start the process of your return please contact us at ciao@kidcondo.com.au – from here we will guide you on how and where to send your items. Items sent without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received your refunded item we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note the customer will incur the cost of the shipping return.

All of Kid Condo orders are sent out from Melbourne, Australia. Kid Condo is unable to cancel an order once it has been placed with the online store.

We ship with Australia Post $10 flat rate

Kid Condo will not take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen deliveries once it has been dispatched from Kid Condo. You will need to contact the shipping courier for further assistance.

Kid Condo now ships internationally! Depending on where you are in the world shipping will take 1-2 weeks.
